Quality Assurance

They are in charge of all quality inspections, the testing of the plating thickness and the overall quality appearance. Some of their other duties are working with customers and Plating operators to ensure quality and that non-conforming products are detected as early as possible.

Lab Technician

The Technician tests Plating tanks and adds chemicals to maintain maximum utilization of Plating solutions. They record all test results and control the draining of all chemical tanks and new fills.

Plating Line Operators

The operators set up the Plating line and racks for Plating orders, oversees daily chemical additions. They continuously inspect equipment for repairs or preventive maintenance and manage quality.

Wastewater Controller

The Controller runs the unit that treats and separates all chemical and solid wastes from the water. He also manages the disposing of all hazardous waste material.
